Returns:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at ajessentials@yahoo.com with details of the product and the defect, within 3 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your exchange.
Discounted items are final sale. Under no circumstances do we offer refunds.
